Returning Customers are More Valuable than New Customers

So you have spent the last few months sending newsletters, promoting your social media messaging, putting up Adwords campaign to attract the new customers. That is great, but the customers you attract from those promotions are not nearly as profitable as customers you already have. Sorry, but it is the truth! Let me explain why returning customers are more important.
